‘Brothers’ Review and Box-Office Collections Report

Hindi movie “Brothers”, produced by Fox Star Studios and Dharma Productions was released on Friday, August 14 2015.

The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff. Kareena Kapoor also has as Special appearance.

“Brothers” is directed by Karan Malhotra, the film is Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood movie “Warriors” which tells the story of two estranged brothers.


The movie has strong music background, having the songs composed by Ajay-Atul who have lived up to the expectations of audience yet again.

“Brothers” will probably be India’s first MMA film, with a strong story background and having some family dramas in it.

The expectations of the producers and stars will be high, as the movie will be released on the eve of Independence day, with no other popular releases on August 14 2015.

Akshay Kumar will also be looking for his third box office hit this year, and would like to register yet another film in the 100 crore club.

Sidhart Malhotra’s last “Ek Villian” was in the 100 crore club, after which Brothers is his next.

Kareena Kapoor will have an special appearance in the movie, performing an item song which is brilliantly composed by the duo Ajay-Atul.

Other actors like Shefali Shah, Ashutosh Rana and Kiran Kumar will also be seen as the supporting cast in the movie.

The movie is mainly based on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), which also contains family drama.
