CBSE has been recently under the scanner after many error filled textbooks were pirated and sold in the market, and rumors have it that many leading schools of the national capital may be involved with pirate publishers.
The vigilance cell of the board has taken a note of the same, and it has been found that the scarcity of textbooks is intentional and is aimed at increasing the sales of pirated books.
Many schools are found to have forced students to get their books from some stores.
The board has already filed a complaint regarding the case with Delhi Police. It has been found that many pirated textbooks have exercises that don’t match with the actual textbook.
Currently, many of the schools of Delhi are under scanner, mostly those that ask students to get books from specific stores.
