Clean Diesel Technologies shares climbed in pre-market trading after signing an agreement with a national private label for distribution of DuraFit diesel filters. Financial terms were not released.
Under the agreement, the filters will be distributed into the heavy and medium duty vehicle aftermarket for a period of up to three years. First shipments to the national private label distributor, whose name is being withheld, are expected to begin in the second quarter.
The DuraFit products address the fast-growing heavy duty aftermarket to replace original equipment diesel particulate filters, the manufacturer and distributor of vehicle emissions control products said.
