New Delhi: As per news the fog engulfs Delhi as result of this many trains are rescheduled and many flights delayed. Dense Fog affecting many airports and railway stations, people are facing problems regarding traveling. we have seen the huge crowd waiting at airports for their flights. Airlines official declared there can be more delays cause of dense fog.
Like other airports, the fog also affected the flight operation at the Indira Gandhi International Airport also had a delay, five domestic and four international flights delayed and one Delhi to Hyderabad flight canceled due to dense fog and poor visibility on Sunday.
Twelve trains were rescheduled while at least fifty-four trains were running late and eleven Delhi-bound trains were canceled due to the same reason, the foggy condition in the capital of the country. This creates a problem for the passengers who travels by train.
At least eighty Delhi-bound trains were running late, behind the actual timings by two to four hours, on Sunday. Including “Patna Rajdhani Express” there were twelve trains which were canceled cause of low visibility and dense fog.
According to Delhi airport website, thirty-eight flights including both domestic and international were affected among which thirteen flights were canceled due to the low visibility and foggy condition.
On Sunday, the minimum temperature was 12.3 degree Celsius and humidity were recorded at 87 percent at 8:30 in the morning. The maximum temperature was supposed to be around 24-degree celsius. People are advised to check schedules before traveling.
