The Delhi University (DU) has declared its 7th cut Off this mornings for the undergraduate courses of this year.The new academic year of the Delhi University has already started but the seats of many colleges in both South and North campus in many courses are vacant.Till now Delhi University has announced six cut off lists and because of the high percentage requirement, the students failed to take admission in the Delhi University. After the 7th cut off of the DU the required percentage is still so high for some courses.
As per the sources, DU is planning to release two more cut off lists after this to fill the vacant seats. In the 7th Cut Off ARSD College of south campus has vacant seats in BA English (HONS) course is available at 89.5 per cent and in the Ramjas College of North Campus it still has a cut of 93.50 percent for BA English Hons.
In many colleges of Delhi University seats for BA History are vacant but the cut-off for the course is still on the peak with a 90+%. In Hindu college BA History (Hons) is available at 95.50 and in the Miranda College Seats are available in 94.50 Per cent. The admission process of the 7th cut off will start from the 24th August 2016 that is today. For general category, the admissions are closed in various colleges but in the SC/ST and OBC seats are still available.
In the famous college of south campus Gargi college admissions are still going and for the BA History (Hons) at 88.50 per cent and in the Dyal Singh College the 7th cut off is still at around 84%. For BA(Hons) Political science the cut off is going at 87% at the Maitreyi College of South Campus.
