Gionee, the Chinese smartphone brand which is trying to mark its territory in India recently launched two smartphones naming M6 and M6 Plus, but according to the latest news the brand has also announced the launch of a new handset which is known as P7 Max. The new handset that sports full metal body is expected to be the toughest handset ever from Gionee.
Although, yet the smartphone has only be launched in Nepal it is expected to be launched in India too very soon. According to the official website of Gionee the handset is priced at NPR 21,999 which amounts to Rs 13,800 approx. Being in the mid-range for smartphones the handset provides pretty decent features as there are certain other smartphones which offers no like features even in the handset costlier than this.
In terms of specifications the smartphone features a 5.5 inch full HD display and runs on Android Marshmallow-based Amigo UI 3.2. The Gionee P7 Max is powered by a 64-bit 2.2GHz MediaTek MT6595 octa-core processor paired with 3GB RAM. Although the handset itself comes with a in built storage of 32GB, though there is no notification regarding a slot for expanding the storage space of the handset.
The primary camera of the handset sports 13 megapixel on the rear end along with that the phone also has a 5 megapixel front camera for selfies. The handset also packs a powerful punch in the form of a 3100 mAh battery which promises to keep you going all day long. Even though P7 Max is not available in India market, Indians will first have to go through M6 and M6 Plus which was announced in June and launched recently on 1st October.
In terms of connectivity the P7 offers all the features which a smartphone of this category can, which includes WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G LTE, 2G/3G, and USB type-C. But this is not all, the handset also offers much more but in order to find that out we will have to wait this the handset is launched in India.
