‘Mirzya’: The Modern Folklore Which Turns Out To Be Disaster For Harshvardhan & Saiyami!

Sometimes the new ideas turn out to be not a very good response and sometimes they turn down into a disaster and this is what happened with Harshwardhan’s movie ‘Mirza’.

The movie which took almost three years for him to make and getting every single minor point of this very famous and thrilling love story which didn’t get a very lovely ending. The movie which is made under the supervision of Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The movie which has started a very new and quite impressive star cast namely Hashvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher, while their duo has got due love from the audience for their outstanding performance on-screen and has successfully managed to win the hearts of the audience.

MirzyaWhile the trailer of the movie has emerged with a lot of question about the movie that what will go be in the movie because the movie is based on a Punjabi Folklore, which has many admirers and they must have so many expectations from this movie, but their expectations didn’t get fulfilled and that’s what make the movie didn’t get enough engaging on the box-office.

While there are certainly more reasons for the negative response and low response from the audience, the very big reason was the movie MS Dhoni was released much before than Mirzya. But Dhoni’s movie still manages to demolish the collection reports of this movie and leads it to a darker side.

This is why the movie didn’t get ahead of Rs.9.5crore in the entire week ¬†and got declining collection reports since the release of the movie. The movie is out from most of the theaters in just its second week and t looks quite difficult that the movie will go to even cross the 10 crore mark.

While this might not be a disappointing part for Harshwardhan or for Saiyami as their performance in the movie is due praised and their acting skills are actually impressive in the movie.

So they must not lose hope as this is the very first time and will surely try their best in next movie.
