After the huge buzz of the crime Mystery Film Rustom, another crime investigating movie Missing On A Weekend is all set to bang the box office and discharged today on 26th August 2016 with great hype.  The story of the film is all about a crime in investigating the story of Goa.  The movie is written and directed by Abhishek Jawkar who also produced the film.  Missing On A Weekend featured some new faces to the industry like Karan Hariharan, Pawan Malhotra, Dishank Arora, Mahsa Kooshesh in the main lead role of the film. Censor Boards asked the makers of the film to cut 50 cuts from the story of the movie Missing On A Weekend. At last, the movie is finally banged the Indian Cinemas today.  Shiva Dagar, Akash Bathija, Siddhant Mahajan, Khushboo Kamal Jyoti Sethi and Dibyendu Bhattacharya played the characters of the supporting cast of the film.  Abhishek Jawkar perform in the film like a one man army, he has penned the story of the film, produced and directed the film and the editing of the movie Missing On A Weekend is also done by him.

The story of the film starts with a cop played by Pavan Malhotra who transferred to Goa to look after the crime space which is troubling the tourism capital of India. In his investigation, he found a man who was unconscious at the Calangute beach. In the injury, he lost his memory. Cops only get know about his 5 more friends from Delhi who are staying in the resort and police reaches the resort and sees one of his friends was dead in the room and other were missing. The film starts with a powerful action and drama. After the first half of the film the suspense of the film starts getting higher and higher.

The trailer of the film was released three months ago and banged the social media sites as its was full of thrilling scenes. Till now the trailer of the film has crossed  4 Million views on Youtube. As per the response of the audience towards the trailer of the film Missing On A Weekend for sure bang the social media and capture an income of 2.39 Cr for sure.

The only negative point of the film is that it is going to release with tough competition of Bollywood A Flying Jatt which will for sure affect the occupancy rate of the film.
