After the sound issue that has been haunting Apple’s iPhone 7 and its successor iPhone 7 plus, has been fixed there seems to has a new problem that has beenrumouredd lately. This news is making rounds on twitter that when once Apple’s Earpods are plugged into a device, there seems to be an issue while increasing or decreasing the volume.
While the music is playing fine and some users are not experiencing any problem at all, there are a few who complained that they cannot control the volume control dongle as well as can not even activate Siri and are even unable to pick up calls. An Apple spokesperson also confirmed this news to Business Insider and also stated that they will fix this issue very soon. He also made it clear that the issue seams to be random and is not affecting everybody, even unplugging and then replugging Earpods can fix this issue temporarily. This issue is however expected.
This issue is however expected to to fixed with the next software updates, maybe till then you can stop listening to music. A user named Scott Ridley stated “PSA: Lightning headphone adapter shuts off after 5 minutes of inactivity if screen is off. Pause/volume don’t work until replugging” this on twitter.
Along with Scott Ridley there were many other unhappy customers, that used to think that Apple doesn’t just make new technology, they even master it before launching it. The new chipset A10 Fusion is also been criticized by many users as they have also complained about a hissing sound, the iPhone is making while it’s under load.
Marco Arment, an iOS developer stated on this issue that the hissing sound is made by the new Iphone only when the phone’s Mac CPU gets used to its actual potential and all people hear is the fan spinning loudly.
The new iPhones go on sale in India on 7th of October, will Apple be able to fix these issue till then? or will the Apple’s Indian market will get affected by this. We guess we will find that out soon enough. This is it for now, stay tuned for more updates and latest news.
