For the 1st ODI of the 3-ODI series, Pakistan will lock horns with hosts Zimbabwe at Harare Sports Club on October 1, 2015.
The match starts at 9.30 am local, 12:30 p.m. Pakistan time.
While the visitors come straight after their clean wins in the T-20 series, they have a few concerns with the 50-over format.
Pakistan scores 259/6 in 50 overs after winning the toss and batting first.
Their performance in ODIs has been a reason of concern.

With no Shahid Afridi, much of the pressure will be on skipper Azhar Ali, who showed merit in the series some time back against Sri Lanka.
However, their concerns remain with Ahmed Shehzad and Mohammed Hafeez, as the duo hasn’t managed to get the runs as expected, with no big scores to boast of.
This will put some pressure on the middle order, especially on Shoaib Malik.
Azhar Ali, Shoaib Malik, Sohaib Maqsood, Aamer Yamin, Babar Azam, Bilal Asif, Asad Shafiq, Mohammad Irfan, Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Rizwan, Rahat Ali, Sarfraz Ahmed, Wahab Riaz and Yasir Shah, Imad Wasim and Mohammad Hafeez.
The bowlers continue to be the strength of the visitors. Off-spinner Bilal Asif has been retained on the series, and much of the action will also depend on Imad Wasim and Wahab Riaz.

For Zimbabwe, it is an excellent chance to score even with Pakistan.
The hosts have a few consistent players, including Elton Chigumbara and Sean Williams, but it remains to be seen as how they use their batting order, given that things hasn’t been bright for them so far.
