Well as the end of Pro Kabaddi League is getting closer by the hour, today we have all the semi-finalists at our disposal to fight for the prize. The venue is Gachilbowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad where first Patna Pirates will face Puneri Paltan for a spot in the final and later in the day at Telugu Titans will face Jaipur Pink Panthers to get one step closer to the victory.

Who will taste the blood of victory and who is going to surrender to the will of his opponent, I guess we’re going to find that out later in the day. In their last fixture against each other Puneri Paltan lost to Patna Pirates by 3 points. On the other hand Telugu Titans are coming into this semi final with a streak of 2 ties and 7 wins and in their last match against Jaipur Pink Panthers, they defeated Panthers by 12 points.


For the first semi-final we have Patna Pirates which is owned by KVS Energy and Sports Ltd. owned by Rajesh V Shah. For the second semi-final two teams who will fight for glory are Telugu Titans which is owned by Veera Sports, led by Srinivas Sreeramaneni, co-founder and Chairman of the Core Green Group. The team is led by the star raider Rahul Chaudhari who also won the prestigious ‘Raider of the Tournament’ award in the first season of the tournament. Jaipur Pink Panthers a team owned by Abhishek Bachchan was the champion of the inaugural season of the Pro Kabddi League. Abhishek Bachchan who is the captain and also one of the founders of the All Stars Football Club (ASFC) believes in bringing soprts to the forefront for younger generation in India.

We would like to see Patna Pirates and Telugu Titans repeat what they did earlier in the tournament and book a place in the final, being the top two spot holders in the league table. But rest of the two teams will not make it that easy for them as they also fought hard to get here and have a fighting chance to defeat their opponent. First fixture between the Patna Pirates and Puneri Paltan will start at 20:00 and the second semi-final will start right after that at 21:00.
