Samsung Galaxy J7 Plus Overview: After some rumoured news and leaked contents about upcoming Galaxy J7 plus, the Korea-based tech-giant Samsung has finally announced the launch of its new phone the Galaxy J7 Plus in Thailand. The phone made an appearance on the official website of the company and is said to be available for pre-orders from September 15. The most distinguishing feature of the J7 Plus is its dual camera set-up which is first in its class among the mid-range phones sold by Samsung. It has also got a front-facing fingerprint reader which can be used as a home button also.

Design

The Samsung Galaxy J7 Plus gets all its design aesthetics from its previous ‘J’ series phones but with an upgraded look and feel. The phone is made out of metal and glass and has a capsule shaped dual camera set up on the back side. The volume buttons are present on left side and the power button is kept on the right.

Technical Specifications

The Samsung J7 Plus comes with a 5.5 inch full HD (1920 x 1080) super AMOLED Display and has a 2.5D glass on its top. The phone runs on the powerful Media Tek Helio P20 64-bit octa-core SoC processor and its graphics is powered by the Mali T880 GPU. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB through a microSD card slot.

Coming to the camera, the rear camera contains two sensors, a 13-megapixel main sensor that is paired with a 5-megapixel sensor and both can be used to get real time blurred back to ground through their live focus feature. On the front end, a 16-megapixel camera is present which can take detailed selfies thanks to its f/1.9 aperture and a LED flash. The phone is packed with a 3000mAh non-removable battery and supports  4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity.

Colour & Price

The Samsung Galaxy J7plus comes with the dual-app feature through which you can run two WhatsApp accounts simultaneously. The phone is available in three gorgeous colours- Black, Rose Gold and Gold. The price of the phone is fixed at THB 12,900 (approximately Rs 24,800). Currently, the phone is available for preorders in Thailand and it is expected that the new phone will soon have its India launch in the upcoming days. The company will give a Samsung U flex wireless earphone worth Rs 4,800, free of cost to those people who pre-order the phone before September 17.
