Shahid Kapoor Will Share Screen With Deepika Padukone In Padmavati


The real couples are less famous than the reel couple, and sometimes the chemistry between the on-screen couple looks too real than the real one. The movies in Bollywood has some of the most amazing couples all round the world.

The couples sometimes get very much close that their reel life couple gets real and they end up knotting the tie with each-other it has happened lots of time that the couples of onscreen ended up as married couples. Sometimes the couple gets just opposite to what they show in movies.


This time the Rumors is about a just married man and an amazing actor Shahid Kapoor which has been reportedly roped in to play Deepika Padukone’s on screen husband as Raja Rawal Ratan Singh which is very much needed in latest movie of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming classic tale ‘Padmavati.’

The news sources has confirmed that the role of King of the Chittor in the movie who will going to marry the center lead of the movie Padmavati of Chittorgarh.

Shahid who has just turned to be the most talented and mind-blowing actor of Bollywood by giving  movies like Haider and Udta punjab which has put him on the seventh sky by his excellent performance. This is needless to say if Shahid, 35, accepts this role against Deepika, ‘Padmavati’ would mark his first collaboration with Bhansali and also with Ranveer Singh and Deepika.

There are lots of buzz about the role of the king in the movie because the requirement of the role is much higher then a simple role in movies. However, earlier it was reported that initially a television actor was signed to play Deepika’s husband in the film, but she didn’t agreed to it.

Ranveer would not be seen sharing any scenes together in the film. Deepika would be sharing some intimate scenes with her husband in the movie, and therefore, wants a bigger star to play her on-screen husband to cope-up with her role of play.

Prakash Kapadia, who is well know for his scripted ‘Bajirao Mastani’, has reportedly been roped in to write ‘Padmavati’, which would see Ranveer playing the obsessed Delhi Sultan Alauddin Khilji. The shooting of the movie is likely to start in the mid of September.
