The Telugu movie “Tiger” starring Sundeep Kishan, Seerath Kapoor and Rahul Ravindran in lead roles will release on June 26, 2015, in Andhra Pradesh and across India.
Anand directed the movie for the Prasad and Tagore Madhu’s production banner. “Tiger” has been cleared by the censor board with a U/A certificate.
According to director Anand, the movie ‘Tiger’ was earlier planned to be made in Tamil, but it did not materialise due to casting issues.
“It’s an action-thriller. It’s a tale about the friendship between two friends, their bond and ups and downs in their lives.
“We’ve also addressed a social issue, which serves as the core of the film.” he said.
The majority of the scenes from the movie were shot in Varanasi using the GoPro and 5D cameras.
The city streets are mostly crowded with people and these latest camera’s helped shoot the scenes without being noticed or getting mobbed.
The below image shows the list of theatres in which the movie will be released.
The movie is inspired by a real-life incident in which Sundeep essays the role of Tiger.
