Photos: Tim Cook Attends Bollywood Party Hosted by Shahrukh Khan

King of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan hosted a private dinner party for Apple, CEO Tim Cook at his home on Wednesday. The dinner party was thrown at Mannat, to welcome Tim Cook in India for the very first time. Like any other party of King Khan, this party also turned out to be a starry affair with many celebrities in attendance.

Celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Madhuri Dixit along with Dr Nene, AR Rahman, Aishwarya Rai, Farah Khan, Sania Mirza and many more known faces were in attendance for this private party.

Actor Shahrukh Khan known to be a very active member of social media site Twitter shared a picture of him with Tim Cook and Amitabh Bachchan.

He thanked Mr Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Ashwariya Rai Bachchan for taking time out from their busy schedule to come for the dinner.

Ashwariya Rai, who was currently in Cannes, is also quite busy with the promotion of her upcoming movie ‘Sharbjit’. She attended the dinner party after the premiere of ‘Sharbit’ on the same day.

Also, Farah Khan took on Twitter to uploading a selfie of her with Shahrukh Khan and Tim Cook. She is known to share a very close bond with Shahrukh Khan.

All the celebrities were seen in their best dress to welcome the guest of the hour. Before coming for Shahrukh Khan party, Tim Cook visited the famous studio where he met Mahesh Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt, Vikram Bhatt and actor Emraan Hashmi. Other than this Tim Cook also visited the famous Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai.

Once the dinner part was over on Wednesday, it was announced by Shahrukh Khan that Apple will inaugurate a design and start facility in Bengaluru and many more facilities are to be opened in different part of the Country.

It is officially the first ever visit of Apple CEO in our country. Tim Cook also met up with Mr Narendra Modi to discuss the future roadmap of Apple in India. Tim Cook has realised the potential of the Indian market where Apple holds two percent of the market share and the consumer base is only growing with time.
