2. Toronto FC (TFC): This is an Canadian professional soccer club based in Toronto, Ontario which competes in Major League Soccer (MLS), in the Eastern Conference of the league. The team plays and trains at their home matches in their soccer-specific BMO. The field is located in Exhibition Place along the western part of the Toronto lake shore.
The Toronto FC team was MLS’s fourteenth, and first Canadian, franchise in the league. The team is being coached by Greg Vanney and is being operated by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, which also operates the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs,
