The cricket has seen so many changes but with the upcoming time it may also counts many tournaments and many new ways of playing it like this method which has already in use. The T20 leagues which has been started across the globe have become so much popular over a period of time. While compared to IPL, it might be the most-watched T20 league in the world. The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and NatWest T20 Blast are also catching up in terms of popularity.

This is the fourth edition of the CPL will hope to make more impact in the T20 game, with the cricket carnival set to be hosted in the Caribbean islands Indies and inside the USA.
It will going to happen for the first time in the history of the tournament, all the six matches which has been scheduled, will be played in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the US. St Kitts will host the playoffs, including the final, of CPL 2016.

This is the 2016 edition of the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) and is all set to get under way from June 29 when in the first match of the tournament will count on defending champions Trinbago Knight Riders take on St. Lucia Zouks at Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain. Including the play-offs and the final, a total of 34 Twenty20 (T20) games will be played in the fourth edition of the CPL, over a period of 40 days.

In the last three editions so far, there have been different champions every year. Jamaica Tallawahs won the inaugural edition in 2013 while Barbados Tridents clinched the second edition and they have been followed by Trinbago Knight Riders last year.

For the events most loving Seven venues have been selected and will be hosting the CPL 2016 matches which includes six games at the Lauderhill Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, marking a new beginning for league cricket in The United States of America.

Many new faces has been joined the game this time and will show their valor in this series of tournament, like AB de Villiers, Brendon McCullum, Faf du Plessis, Shane Watson and Adam Zampa are some of the star players who will be featuring for the first time in the Caribbean Premier League. Kumar Sangakkara, who had helped Jamaica Tallawahs to a title win in the maiden edition, returns after missing the previous two editions.
